Refunds and Returns Policies


We offer a 30 day returns, replacement or refund policy if the item is faulty or not as describe. 

By purchasing our products (jewellery), you acknowledge that they are handcrafted and not factory made, and each piece is therefore unique. While you will receive the item in the photo, and our craftsmanship is of the highest quality, please understand that inconsistencies may occur. Items are purchased as described and photographed.

Postage handler is liable for damage in transit. We recommend you select insurance for your own protection and peace of mind.  We take every care to package your goods appropriately, however things may go wrong in transit. Where an item has arrived broken and packaging has clearly been damaged in transit, we recommend you contact the carrier first, we can only follow up after you have lodged a complaint with the carrier.
